THEY SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR WITHIN TWO DAYS OF OUR PHONE CALL, AND THEY WERE SO POLITE AND EFFICIENT THAT WE CONTRACTED FOR A ONE-YEAR MAINTENANCE PACKAGE WITH THEM FOR $138. THEY CHECK OUR AIR CONDITIONER AND HEATING, HELP WITH FILTERS AND DO AN EXCELLENT JOB.

WORK DONE VERY QUICKLY (HALF A DAY) AND IN A VERY THOUGHTFUL MANNER. I REALLY APPRECIATE BEING GREETED BY CRISP AND CLEAN, UNIFORMED WORKERS BEFORE THEY STARTED THE JOB. THE ONLY NEGATIVE: THEY DID NOT RECOMMEND NEW DUCTWORK, YET I DISCOVERED LATER THAT THE DUCT FROM FURNACE TO BEDROOM WAS TOO LONG A DRAW TO HEAT/COOL PROPERLY. THEY OFFERED TO CHANGE IT FOR $150. I HAVEN'T YET HAD A CHANCE TO HAVE IT DONE. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE NEW UNITS AND FILTER SYSTEM.

*** USE ANGIE'S COUPON *** THAT CUT THE COST ALMOST IN HALF. COOLRAY ALSO GIVES DISCOUNTS FOR MAJOR REPAIRS IF YOU ARE AN ANGIE'S LIST MEMBER. AL WAS NOT THE FRIENDLIEST GUY, BUT HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY COMPETENT. HE PRETTY MUCH KNEW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS BEFORE EVEN LOOKING AT THE SYSTEM, AND IN THE END HE WAS RIGHT. THE SYSTEM HAS BEEN WORKING FINE NOW FOR TWO WEEKS, SO I'M VERY SATISFIED. GIVEN THAT THEY WERE COMING EARLY, THEIR OFFICE CALLED TO GET OUR OKAY. AGAIN, THIS IS THE MARK OF A PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION.
Description of Work: UPSTAIRS A/C WAS NOT COOLING. AL, THE REPAIRMAN, CAME EARLY IN THE MORNING (EARLIER THAN EXPECTED DUE TO A CANCELED APPT) TO TAKE A LOOK, AND DETERMINED THAT THE FREON WAS LOW. HOWEVER, THE SYSTEM WAS FROZEN SO HE COULD NOT PERFORM THE WORK AT THAT TIME. WE WERE TOLD THEY WOULD TRY TO GET BACK TO US BEFORE THE END OF THE DAY - AND THEY DID! HE PUT 2 LBS. OF FREON, AND DISCUSSED TRACKING DOWN THE LEAK, A PROCESS WHICH OFTEN LEAD TO REPLACING PART OF THE SYSTEM. HE EVEN RECOMMENDED THAT, SINCE THERE WAS STILL FREON IN THE SYSTEM, AND THE LEAK SEEMED TO BE A SLOW ONE, IT WOULD PROBABLY MAKE BETTER SENSE TO WAIT THAN TO SPEND A LOT OF MONEY AT THIS TIME.

THE WORKMEN WERE PROMPT CLEAN AND PLEASANT. THERE WERE SOME MINOR DEVIATIONS FROM THE ORIGINAL WORK ORDER, BUT OVERALL THEY DID WHAT WAS REQUESTED. THEY DID ADD AN ADDITIONAL RETURN VENT BUT IT TOOK TWO REQUESTS.
