They responded initially to evaluate our problem quickly and on time. They diagnosed the problem quickly. They were easy to work with in selecting a replacement unit. They arrived on time for the installation process. They were very thorough, neat, and efficient in removal of old equipment and installation of new equipment. I felt that we purchased quality equipment and got a first class installation job.

Dispatcher was very polite. They called me when he was on his way so I could leave work in time to meet the repair guy. The repair guy was very professional and polite. It was a great experiance all around.

NOT VERY GOOD! Aron, the technician, came on time and worked on the outside unit, cleaning it in case there was dirt clogging it. That did not help, and after consulting with some other techs at Coolray and doing some tests, they came to the conclusion that I either needed a new compressor (i.e.$800) or if that did not work replace the coil inside. However, since my unit is a 10 seer unit, there are no coils available and I would have to up grade(i.e.$2200). Needless to say, I got a second opinion, got it fixed (i.e.$270). There is a piston inside where the coil is that had debris obstructing the flow of freon. He replaced the piston, unclogged the line, recharged the unit with freon, and reduced the pressure on the outside unit from over 400 to under 200. Hello!!!! This whole experience gave me a bad feeling about Coolray and their ethics. Big no,no,no! Makes me wonder how many have been had for bad diagnostics. Very disappointed! Definitely would not recommend.

The service call was scheduled promptly and, as promised, they called in advance so that I could meet the service technician. The Service Technician arrived on time and conducted himself professionally. He diagnosed the problem promptly, described his plan to fix it and provided an accurate forecast of the cost. He completed the repair, to my satisfaction, in short order. They accepted my "Free Service Call" ($79 value) Angie's List Coupon and the total bill was as he reported in advance. An excellent overall experience and seemingly a good value.

THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS. THEY WERE PROMPT. THERE WAS ONE LITTLE THING THAT THEY MISSED THE FIRST TIME, AND THEN I CALLED THEM. THEY FOUND THE PROBLEM, AND THEY FIXED IT.

THEY ARE VERY, VERY GOOD. WE HAD OUR AIR CONDITIONER GO OUT AND CALLED THEM AT 3:00AM AND THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY WHICH WAS SUNDAY AND DIDN'T CHARGE US ANY EXTRA. WE APPRECIATED THEIR EFFORT TO GET TO US AND HELP US.

HE TOLD ME THAT POTENTIAL PROBLEMS EXISTED THAT I MIGHT NEED TO HAVE ANOTHER SERVICE CALL IN THE FUTURE. HE CAME OUT AS A ONE SHOT SERVICE CALL AND THEN HE GAVE ME A QUOTE ON AN ANNUAL FEE FOR AN ANNUAL CONTRACT WHICH SAVES 15% ON SERVICE CALLS. I KNEW HE HAD DONE HIS HOMEWORK. IT WAS Easy AND I FELT REASSURED THAT MY FURNACE HAD BEEN CHECKED OUT. BASICALLY I JUST WANTED HIM TO CHECK THINGS OUT. THE TERMS THAT HE USED IN DESCRIBING THE WORK HE HAD DONE LET ME KNOW HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING.

THEY WERE ON TIME, THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL, AND THEY HAD A GOOD PRICE. THE APPOINTMENT SETTERS WERE ALL VERY HELPFUL. THEY SET IT UP RIGHT AWAY IN SMALL WINDOWS OF TIME. THE PEOPLE THAT CAME IDENTIFIED THEMSELVES, DID THE WORK PROMPTLY, AND HAD GOOD SENSES OF HUMOR.

We have used them for many years in different homes we have lived in around Atlanta. They are reliable and easy to deal with. We also bought a new furnace and HVAC for one our homes from them and were extremely pleased.

The appointment staff was very friendly and promptly, no complaints there, but the technician was arrogant and hesitant in servicing my old units, in the end trying to sell me new units from his own employer. He refused to service one unit where the blower was about to go out (a fact I knew, but he was not hired for repair) stating that he could not do maintenance on that. When asked if he would repair it, he refused to do that, because the system was too old, not knowing that I had AHS for repairs anyways. When I mentioned this fact he said, good luck with it, they repair things to the death. The next morning both units were NOT working, the one that was working fine for the last 5 years I lived here was suddenly dead, a fuse went out, which I find very strange after working perfectly for so many years. When I reported all this to the service manager, he listened to it, but after finding out that I would use AHS for repairs and not their own company he hang up on me.

DID A GOOD JOB AT A GOOD PRICE. I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT THE REBATE WAS A HOME DEPOT GIFT CASH CARD. THEY DID VENT A NEW PIPE DIRECTLY OUT OF THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE WITHOUT MY APPROVAL. THAT WAS NOT GOOD THINKING.

THIS COMPANY HAS ALWAYS DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB! I NEVER FEEL LIKE I AM PAYING TOO MUCH FOR THE SERVICE. THEY EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO ME, AND EVEN OFFER NEW SERVICES THAT MIGHT BE BENEFICIAL TO MY FAMILY.

THEY SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR WITHIN TWO DAYS OF OUR PHONE CALL, AND THEY WERE SO POLITE AND EFFICIENT THAT WE CONTRACTED FOR A ONE-YEAR MAINTENANCE PACKAGE WITH THEM FOR $138. THEY CHECK OUR AIR CONDITIONER AND HEATING, HELP WITH FILTERS AND DO AN EXCELLENT JOB.

WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT DAYS AHEAD OF ANY OTHER VENDOR AND SHOWED ON TIME AND CALLED FIRST AS REQUESTED. DID NOT STOCK THE PART BUT WAS ABLE TO GET IT IN ONE DAY AND CAME BACK AND FINISHED THE JOB. NO PROBLEMS.

WORK DONE VERY QUICKLY (HALF A DAY) AND IN A VERY THOUGHTFUL MANNER. I REALLY APPRECIATE BEING GREETED BY CRISP AND CLEAN, UNIFORMED WORKERS BEFORE THEY STARTED THE JOB. THE ONLY NEGATIVE: THEY DID NOT RECOMMEND NEW DUCTWORK, YET I DISCOVERED LATER THAT THE DUCT FROM FURNACE TO BEDROOM WAS TOO LONG A DRAW TO HEAT/COOL PROPERLY. THEY OFFERED TO CHANGE IT FOR $150. I HAVEN'T YET HAD A CHANCE TO HAVE IT DONE. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE NEW UNITS AND FILTER SYSTEM.

AL WAS NOT THE FRIENDLIEST GUY, BUT HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY COMPETENT. HE PRETTY MUCH KNEW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS BEFORE EVEN LOOKING AT THE SYSTEM, AND IN THE END HE WAS RIGHT. THE SYSTEM HAS BEEN WORKING FINE NOW FOR TWO WEEKS, SO I'M VERY SATISFIED. GIVEN THAT THEY WERE COMING EARLY, THEIR OFFICE CALLED TO GET OUR OKAY. AGAIN, THIS IS THE MARK OF A PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION.

THE WORKMEN WERE PROMPT CLEAN AND PLEASANT. THERE WERE SOME MINOR DEVIATIONS FROM THE ORIGINAL WORK ORDER, BUT OVERALL THEY DID WHAT WAS REQUESTED. THEY DID ADD AN ADDITIONAL RETURN VENT BUT IT TOOK TWO REQUESTS.

ARRIVED ON TIME ON DATE SCHEDULED. WORK DONE ACCORDING TO ESTIMATE. ALL CLEAN-UP DONE.

THEY HAVE DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB FOR ME, ALWAYS ON TIME, GREAT SERVICE HONEST AND DEPENDABLE.
