Coolray Heating & Air Conditioning

Have been customer since 2019. Have maintenance agreement and get serviced at least twice a year since. Never had any issues with technicians, customer service, sales et al. All have been very professional, responsive, and honest. Their products and service is not cheap but you get value for what you paid for.

The technician provided excellent service. He explained things in a clear and concise way.

He even went the extra mile when I was talking about my new AC unit, to check it for a standard factory capacitor and replaced it with a preferred capacitor under warranty. Hope I get him everytime for my maintenance.
