Description of Work: My ac/ heating unit was serviced. I have two units. The second unit is new. I was prepared to pay for two services, however the technician charged for one because unbeknownst to me, only one unit required service. I appreciated that. He was very professional and gave me lots of information about the systems. I would definitely use Casteel again.

Description of Work: We use to use Casteel back when Mr. Casteel would come out and do the work. We haven't used them in years. I thought I would give them a try. We wanted to get our Air conditioner moved. I called 2 mo. ago they said they would call back. still haven't heard from them..... We moved on. So sad :(
