TO KEEP THE COST DOWN WE DID THE PREPWORK OURSELF. SO THE CREW BASICALLY CAME AND PUT THE FLOORMUFFLER AND WOOD DOWN. THE WERE PUNCTUAL, POLITE AND WORKED FAST.THE OUTCOME WAS AWESOME! THEY HELPED PUT MY TV BACK IN PLACE AND CLEANED UP. GREAT JOB GUYS! THE COMMUNICATION COULD BE IMPROVED BUT IN THE END EVERYONE GOT WHAT THEY WANTED. IT WAS A PLEASURE WORKING WITH FELIPE.

Felipe’s crew did great work. They even helped me with finding my painters and managing that process as well. Also did a few other odd jobs that I needed (hanging light fixtures, doing wall molding, etc). Very fair in pricing for the amount of work.

Another flooring company basically ruined our hardwood floors and walked off the job. I called All-Around Wood Floors, they began the very next day, and took only four days to complete it. The stain and finish are perfect as are the 20 White Oak steps they installed. They placed plastic over every part of the kitchen and walls that had pictures, moved the furniture out and back in with no damage. Finally, the price was very reasonable. I give them a well-deserved 5 stars.

I hired this company to install hardwood floor in two of our bedrooms. This team cares. The response was fast. The owner came to quote on the same day I submitted the request. Scheduled to come out the next day with a crew of four people. They took off the carpet. Put down hardwood. Installed baseboard and quarter round. All were done very professionally. They cleaned up very well. The most impressed was the owner called me after the work is done to make sure we are happy. In today's contractor world, this company stand out and I will very likely use them again.

I was nervous about the process of putting hardwood floors on my main level and in all the bedrooms, but Felipe and his crew made the process from start to finish wonderful. Customer service was very professional and I felt that when I had questions they were answered clearly and quickly. I would recommend them to others.

They are first class. From Tim in Sales to Felipe and his crew they were extraordinary. They completed the work including moving all furniture back before we returned from our trip. Friendly, helpful, polite and thorough are some words to describe them. The new wood floors look fantastic! Highly recommend them.

Felipe with All-Around Wood Floors was extremely personable, professional, and very flexible in meeting our needs. He took the amount of time necessary to understand our needs and was very pleasant to work with him. He and his crew went above and beyond in the completion of the work and made sure that we completely understood what to expect. I had no idea that EVERYTHING needed to be moved out of the rooms which his crew took care of. They could easily double as a moving crew (LOL)! I would definitely hire them again for either an install, refinish, or repair work! Great job with a great sense of humor!

Tim was professional and went out of his way to come give me an estimate within just a few hours of my inquiry. The crew was also professional and did an excellent job refinishing our floors. It only took one day! They moved everything, were careful to cover things up to avoid dust, and came back the next morning to move the furniture back. The value was also terrific. We got several estimates and this was the best deal. Definitely would recommend these people.
