This was a custom job, not a driveway or flooring. It was a concrete base for a radio tower. They understood the job and did it correctly.

I hired this company on February 2,2016 to pour a 14 X 16 concrete slab so that I could install a basketball goal for my grandson. The owner, K.P. came out immediately and began work the next day. His crew was very professional and did quality work in a timely manner. K.P. came by to inspect their work periodically and then made a final trip to inspect the finished product. KP and crew with Veza Properties were a pleasure to work with. KP is very hands on with his crew and not one to just stand around dishing out orders he is right in there with his crew. I enjoy seeing a supervisor with this type of passion to make sure that the joy is done correct but not to say that his crew is slacking at all their are very capability of working without supervision and in getting the work done ahead of schedule.

I had an old driveway and sidewalk that was in very bad shape. I got two contractors to look at it and give me a price. KP with Veza Properties gave me a very thorough review of what needed to be done and the best price. From that initial meeting I knew I wanted KP to do the job, but waited for a second quote. The second contractor absolutely confirmed I would go with KP. I had a very difficult job because of a steep driveway that is bordered part way by a fence and my house. KP and his workers were very professional from beginning to end. Most impressive was KP's quick response to my every call, text, or email and he never deviated from the price he quoted. I spent time watching and talking to the workers as I was fascinated with what the work, they were just as professional and courtesy as KP. The estimate was prompt and reasonable. i was e mailed an estimate , followed by a phone call to make sure i got the quote ...Another contractor said he trid to e mail me an estimate , but he said it didnt go thru ., he didnt bother to call to find out about his estimate, communication is very important to me .
