We bought a house in Allenhurst and moved in September 29,2009. We started experiencing problems the first week. We reported them to the builder who in turn told the plumber to check it out. He claimed it was the septic tank, the builder claimed he notified the septic tank people, Bo Dunham. Mr.Dunham informed Mr.Hart that he had been out to the property but there was no problem. However, the ground looked untouched and no one came to our door. Over several months I continued to complain to Mr. Hart then to my realtor. Finally, late May enough was enough, Mr. Hart (with the aid of my realtor) finally got Mr.Dunham out to my house. Meanwhile you smell the tank inside my house by this time. Mr. Dunham went to the wrong house several times, it turned out, but still reported to Mr.Hart there was no problem. This time Mr. Hart called me at home and informed me, Mr.Dunham was right outside my door. Well, turns out not my door but my neighbors, he had never been to my house since I have moved in. Needless to say he repaired the septic tank after 8 months of complaining.Although, the problem is fixed it should not have taken so long!
