 + -1 moreI've actually been a customer for the past 20 years and I absolutely recommend Buddy Brown and All Home Security to anyone. ANYTIME I've had a problem Buddy has jumped right on it. Okay -- I've only had a couple of problems in 20 years, but they were handled immediately, and the cost to me - zero, zip, zilch, nada. I had a back-up battery fail once and Buddy couldn't get to it immediately. I picked up the battery from Buddy and plugged it in myself (simple) - problem solved. The cost to me - zero, zip, zilch, nada. So... for the past 20 years I've been a customer, and there was NEVER a contract (imagine that!). The original cost of installation, upgrading over time (technology changes), and monitoring was very competitive. Buddy owns the company and he does the work. It's a very short chain of command. Go with anyone else (and I'm talking about the lying, cheating, call you at dinner time, big guys here) and you'll get what you deserve!
Description of Work: Today Buddy repaired the cellular component of my security system.
