I've actually been a customer for the past 20 years and I absolutely recommend Buddy Brown and All Home Security to anyone. ANYTIME I've had a problem Buddy has jumped right on it. Okay -- I've only had a couple of problems in 20 years, but they were handled immediately, and the cost to me - zero, zip, zilch, nada. I had a back-up battery fail once and Buddy couldn't get to it immediately. I picked up the battery from Buddy and plugged it in myself (simple) - problem solved. The cost to me - zero, zip, zilch, nada. So... for the past 20 years I've been a customer, and there was NEVER a contract (imagine that!). The original cost of installation, upgrading over time (technology changes), and monitoring was very competitive. Buddy owns the company and he does the work. It's a very short chain of command. Go with anyone else (and I'm talking about the lying, cheating, call you at dinner time, big guys here) and you'll get what you deserve!
