Evan was great. He called me right away, and the install was scheduled quickly. When there was a slight problem with the job and a correction needed to be made, he immediately answered my call and came back to fix the problem.

Evan called me immediately and made a special effort to fit my time request into his busy schedule. He arrived on time and was very friendly. He was very concerned with customer service and meeting my expectations. He set up my home theatre system and was very knowledgeable and experienced. He made sure everything was working properly and to my satisfaction.

I had consulted with Evan several months earlier on another project. He impressed me with taking as much time as I needed to answer all of my questions and concerns to my satisfaction. I sought him out to do this project which involved hanging two televisions (70" and 46") on existing walls, dealing with "creative 1970's wiring", and in a way the smaller of the two screens may be easily upgraded in 1-2 years. Evan is a perfectionist and the eletrical installation was done cleanly and safely, and the finish work was done aesthetically. I will hire Evan, Pro Service again!

I called Pro Services on very short notice.I was having a new couch delivered the next morning & had to free up space by mounting my tv. I called near closing time and told the owner that I was hoping to get some last minute help.He was very helpful & told me he would call me back in 10 minutes.He promptly returned my call to tell me that all of his crew had gone home but he offered to do the work for me.He was there shortly after as he promised.I was so impressed by how far out of the way he went for me on short notice! Great customer service at a fair price, I highly recommend Pro Services!
