The work seemed to be good. I was out of state so the work had to be done while I was away. I asked for pictures but he didn't send pictures of all areas that were part of the project. He only sent a few. This would leave anyone with concern. If I was there, I would look at every area that was cleaned. He also decided to send pictures AFTER he left the property. He expressed no interest in going back to take pictures. In my opinion that is taking advantage of an out of town client. If I was present you would not leave until I reviewed everything. I did ultimately have someone else go look for me. It's a hassle I shouldn't have to go through.

Ross is not a man of his word, I was not satisfied with his work. if you are a carpet company you need to have the right equipment to clean along the edges /baseboards.

The work was truly professional. Be prepared for need of patience when scheduled showup delayed without advance notification. Also be prepared for slight alterations of service costs between those quoted before and after service. Please understand service completed within timeframe agreed on and cost adjustments were justifiable and of minor concern.

Ross contacted me immediately, gave me a quote for my carpet cleaning and was very professional. He never tried to upcharge the cost once he arrived for the job and was accurate on his time to complete.
