Ross was excellent!!! I called Home Advisor on February 14th around 9:30 pm to get estimates about a reputable company to clean my dryer ducts. Ross from North Atlanta Cleaning Services texted me around 10pm to give me an estimate and I immediately scheduled an appointment. He actually was able to come out the very next day. I was very impressed!!! He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable,and very thorough. He cleaned my dryer ducts and even made a trip to the store to purchase a new clamp for the back of my dryer. I would highly recommend Ross to anyone needing their dryer ducts cleaned!!! Great customer service is hard to find these days.

We had some very tough pet stains in our carpet that Ross did a great job trying to remove as much as possible. To his defense, I knew the stains wouldn’t come out completely but they looked much better when he was done. I would definitely use him again.

My wife and I are in the process of putting our home on the market. We need the upstairs carpets cleaned, and came in contact with North Atlanta Cleaning Services. Ross arrived, and he was nothing but professional, and friendly. I had to leave for work, but when I called my wife to see how Ross had done, she could not stop talking about how well the carpets came out. I saw then later that night, and was completely happy with the results. I will definitely use them, and reccomend them to friends. Thanks Ross for doing such a fantastic job!!!

Did a great job cleaning my carpet.

Ross made my carpets look like new. They cleaned my house until it sparkled. I will hire them again for sure!

Carpet was cleaned but could not remove ground in stains of which I thought was just normal dirt.

To start with they weren’t on time, three lady’s showed up and they seemed kind of lost, once they got water, they started to clean. I explained to them that the previous owners had a cat, and we were told that the walls would be washed and cleaned to get the dander and cat hair removed throughout the house. All I noticed was they were cleaning the baseboard area. And dusted some areas. When the were done they had a walk thru and I noticed still there were spider and webs in two different rooms, and bugs and cat hair in some areas. Then the carpet cleaner was very delayed, but I waited. And for the price they charged of $560.00 wasn’t what we were expecting for what they did. Dissatisfied and disappointed.....sorry my wife was very upset about the service.....

He was friendly and his work ethic was over and above and he cleaned hard stains he saw stains that i did not even see I have been getting carpet cleaned for years by other companies and this is the cleanest its ever been!
