The service for deep steam carpet cleaning was all handheld cleaners......so I was a lil leary at first, but they did an amazing job. They were efficient and quick. I think the price was a lil high, but again they did a great job! I will use them again for carpet cleaning and possibly other cleaning services in the future!

My carpets were not clean after the service. There were still spots and it smelled like wet dog. I had them redone with another company. Would not recommend or use them again for cleaning anything.

Work was done fast and to what I expected it to be.

Very friendly, courteous and hard workers. Ross was excellent on followup and determined to please. All of his crew went out of their way to smile and to please. I'd recommend them to anyone.

3 people were friendly and organized as to their individual responsibility and experienced. I think several areas could have been detailed a little more thoroughly. Even though I was not sure what to expect, i was satisfied.

Most everything was in its place, which is a big plus for me.

Ross, owner, was nice on the phone, but in my opinion, was negligent with his work & his 4 maids work. He left ceiling damage, painted w/ wrong color, left dirt, oil marks from his machine in 6 rooms on carpet, broke a dish & the maids didn't do a thorough job. Ex:O/S kitchen cabinets or fridge weren't wiped, left shower dirty. I paid for a $700 DEEP cleaning incl ducts and we had hours of cleaning from messes that he & his maids left & cost us add'l $ for paint & carpet cleaner for the marks he made. When I told him he couldn't have cared less or been more arrogant. If they did do a DEEP cleaning, I would hate to see their reg mo cleaning.

What a joke beware of this company for cleaning your home. THe owner is a nice guy and gave me half my money back but his cleaning crew forget about it. It took me 7 rags to clean1 room after they were done and I have a clean house but have sin that is very lazy and does not clean his room.

Cleaner was nice, but I felt it was not worth my money. I saw areas in which I thought would be clean and overall it just look like a vaccum job. I thought it would have a nice smell afterward, but not at all.

They were amazing! Our house was sparkling from top to bottom. My husband says that it was cleaner than it was when we moved in 3 years ago. We have a shower that we had totally given up on ever being clean. They got it looking like new!!! We love North Atlanta Cleaning Services, and you will too. They are so nice and so good at what they do. They genuinely seem to love cleaning other peoples' homes.

Presented with a significant cleaning challenge. They just smiled an "got er done!' And exceeded my expectations.

The power was not on in the house, Ross located and generator and got the job done anyway. Very impressed with the service he provided. He definitely went beyond our expectations.

Ross was very helpful in explaining the service offerings and in getting a team of 3 cleaners to my house in a truly timely fashion. The cleaners were wonderful and extremely helpful and thorough. I highly recommend this service.
