The crew cleaned very well. However, the fast-talking owner and I had an apparent "miscommunication" as to what was suppose to be covered for my $20/room deep clean plus $120 for more services. His quote was, "we will have your home looking like new". Well, if you don't clean windows or certain parts of the stairwell or don't clean the inside of appliances, it is hard to live up to that quote.

The team was on time, efficient in going about their tasks and communicated well regarding any items or areas of particular concern (i.e. handling of fragile items).

I was very unhappy about the cleaning services and them charging me high price just for cleaning an empty house (easier to clean). They did not clean everything. There were bugs in many windows and dead roaches in the toilets and spider nets in many areas. They did not keep the promise of one time deep cleaning that normally takes more than three hours. However, they were done in 1 and half hours. They also overcharged me saying I had 21 rooms, I still cannot figure out how they counted that. I will definitely not recommend this company. I have paid them without any questions but I suggest home owners to do their home works before they hire this company.

Hired to do a deep cleaning. 3 workers raced through the job, never seen cleaning where the employees did not step up or kneel down. Charged for baseboards and clearly most were not touch. Dining room table cleaned with dirty rags, cleaned after they left and the rag was black with dirt. Fans "cleaned" by raising a duster on a stick and wiping the edge of the blade. Dust just about everywhere. Mopped with dirty mop, rinsed in kitchen and tracked through the house over the carpet with the dripping mop to the back bathroom to mop. Never again
