The Mendez service was top notch. They were hired to paint house exterior and stain deck and fence. They scheduled the job quickly. The price was competitive. They repaired rotted wood on areas of the house that needed repair. They also reattached the overlays that were separating from the garage door. They also replaced deck boards that I provided without any extra charge for labor. The result of the project was excellent.

Scheduled the job very quickly. Were very efficient and professional!

They had to repaint almost half the house because it started peeling off. They left trash in our front, side and back yard. We specifically told them not to do this because of our dog, but there were nails and screws (as well as the rotted wood that was replaced) left on the ground. The quote stated two shed doors would be repaired. Instead they replaced the doors with two interior closet doors...which fell apart about a month later. When they finally came back out they said they could put on exterior doors, but that they were very expensive...and asked for more money. I told them I would be willing to pay a part of the additional expense IF they would provide me with a receipt as proof they had additional costs for the doors. Noe agreed to send the receipt. A month later...after I paid him more money for "very expensive doors" he refused (and still refuses) to send me a copy of the receipt. Buyer BEWARE...I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They did quality work in a reasonable amount of time. The price was competitive, and they fixed areas of the house that needed repair.

The work was fair and done in a timely manner. After completing the work, they left all the screws taken out of the walls on the floor and did not put the curtains or blinds back in the windows.

Words can’t describe how amazing Noe and his team are! He was able to take the vision I had in my head and put it all together- and exceeded what I had imagined. He was very open and honest throughout the entire process-from the quote to completion. His communication was top notch and they were actual early every day! Never had to wait around on them- not once. If I could give 10 stars I would! I am looking forward to using them in the future. Thank you Noe! I absolutely love it!

As the saying goes, "There are still a few good people in the world!" Mr. Mendez and his team are elite members of that group. Extremely professional, punctual and did an awesome job painting the exterior of our home. The Mendez team also stained our deck and bridge in our backyard. Cannot wait to find another project for this awesome team to work on for us!!!!!

The actual work done was fair and timely, I had trouble with pre/post communications and felt a lack of professionalism compared to others that came and gave me a quote. They came to estimate the quote on time and provided verbal quote, but never sent our offical written quote till 1.5 weeks later. The written quote was more than verbal quote, so they've corrected afterwards. During job, there was a misunderstand on the trim included, when asked to add 8 decoration pieces on top of doors and window, I got an outrageous quote of 250 extra (said he has to get 3 gallons of paint plus labor). I insisted to just use existing paint, so was given quote of 170 at the end for labor. It's been more than a week, and I've followed up three times now, I have yet to receive the invoice.

Did not complete project as agreed upon. Competitive prices, but could not get in touch to complete work and had to finish myself. Each day a new crew showed up and had no idea what the work areas were. Very frustrating overall
