They did a great job and finished when they said they would. This is my "go-to" company for heating and air needs. They previously did my furnace and AC. Very professional and timely service.

The technician was very thoroguh and personable and able to determine what the issue was. He tried to save us some money by getting our current (yet old) pump to work. Later that day, it stopped working again and bought a new pump. He didn't complain about having to come back and fix it again and he explained everything very well. Would highly recommend them! :)

My A/C went out on Sunday night, so I called Cool Masters on Monday morning and they worked me in the very same day. My service technician was Christopher Bellin. Chris is very knowledgeable, professional and one of the nicest people I've meet. He explained everything with patience and care and gave me options in order to get the work completed. They ordered the part on Tuesday, scheduled an appointment to replace it on Wednesday and now I'm back up and running. This is the kind of service you need when you're without cooling in 90+ degree weather. Chris is a real asset and I appreciate everything that he did to get me back up and running. Thank God for good people like Chris and for Cool Masters Heating & Cooling.

CMH repaired and replaced wear parts which were at the heart of the Freon leak.

The responses from the company were excellent! I received a email describing my technician and showing a photo of him the day prior to the service call. The morning of the appointment, the tech called to tell me the ETA given to him by his GPS. When he arrived, he graciously placed covers on his boots, shook my hand and went on with an analysis of the AC issue I was having. It was a simple fix, but he walked me through the diagnosis and with patience. I was very impressed with this service and will be arranging for regular maintenance with Cool Master Heating and Air Conditioning.

The service was satisfactory. The price for me was high and their responsiveness was good. I would use them again. Everything that they did was good. The problem would have been the price.

Seth came out on time and was very polite. He diagnosed the problem with my AC unit (faulty capacitor) and openly explained the details to me -- I'm naturally curious, so I really appreciated that. They'll definitely be my go-to guys for AC and heating related issues in the future.

They were very helpful in explaining the issues, possible scenarios, and solutions to solve the problem. I found this extremely relieving as I know nothing regarding HVAC and am always concerned that someone is going to be dishonest. This was by far the best customer service experience I have ever had.

This was a big deal purchase. I worked out fine; it was good. I used them twice. I paid $199 for the thermostat in addition to the $69 price of the deal.

They services my two AC units that were not working. THEY DID A GREAT JOB!! The tech Chris was awesome honest and very helpful. They did the work quickly and at a great price.

The technician, Dwight Evans, explained everything to me, even taking the time to show me what was wrong on the unit. I was impressed and saw first hand the need to replace the entire unit.

Service at my old house was impeccable. Top notch. One of the few companies I bragged on. Service at my new house was great until they failed to send estimates. The service tech was great and friendly. I, happily, set up another routine service plan on the spot and with no hesitation. Jonathan, the owner, was needed to give estimates on the bigger projects. He came out, was as nice as he's always been. He left and I even made mention to my husband that I could see these people being friends, bc we liked them on a personal level. We were in the middle of a heat wave, and I did not expect or want anyone working in our hot attic until it was over. I just wanted to start the wheel in motion, because of the cost factor. I gave them several weeks, bc I knew that they'd be crazy busy with the heat wave. Like I said, we liked these people and not only were we willing to wait, but we wanted to wait for the work to start, for their sake and the sake of their health. So after several weeks and no estimates, I started to reach out, making sure they had my email address correct (even though I had already received an email invoice/receipt), making sure my phone number was correct, etc. I would have never given anyone else the patience. Was someone injured? Were there personal issues at play that was affecting their business? Like I said, we liked them as people and respected them as such. I waited and waited, and contacted and called. To this moment, I have received not one call, email, "eff you" or anything. I happened to look at my invoice once again, and do you know they reimbursed me with no notice or communication? I still have zero ideas what happened. I was never rude. I never tried to negotiate prices. I never complained. I hate to complain now. My last email to them said that I wouldn't trash their company online, but now that I'm having to start the process all over again (note that I waited until the weather got better), I can't help but say something. In the end, I'm just so so disappointed that I never got an explanation, and I kinda think I deserve one. Maybe the job was going to be too big. Maybe they flubbed something and were embarrassed. I don't know, but I certainly would have been understanding of any situation except blatant avoidance.

I called Cool Masters this morning after finding them on Angie's List. I had a previous HVAC provider that was not able to get us a tech for a broken a/c unit. Cool Masters was able to get us a service call the same day. I received a call from the techs when they were on their way, and they arrived during the expected window. Jonathan and Christopher were very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They were able to find the problem, and resolve our issue. I am very impressed with their service, and talking with them was a joy. This will be my new HVAC provider.

It went very well. I explained that the A/C was not blowing out cold air. He found the problem, removed the faulty part and showed me exactly what was wrong and replaced the part and all is fine now. He was a very nice man and I appreciated that he wanted to explain to me what he was having to replace and why.

Right from the phone call to set appointment I was treated very fairly. Tech showed up right on time after a courtesy call. Dwight was polite and friendly and got right to work. He answered every question I had and took the time to educate me about my unit. He showed me how to do simple maintenance to help prolong the unit and keep it running smoothly. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I will certainly call this company again. I will also make sure to ask for Dwight. Thank you cool masters.
