Description of Work: I had originally talked to this company and cancelled an appointment. Then a manager called and said they were out and could be here today. I made and appointment with another company other than them and feel like they tried to pull a fast one. I feel like they were trying to cheat me.

Description of Work: First visit, sent an incompetent, clueless tech. Next visit, another tech replaced some random parts. Air worked for 3 hours then blew a fuse. Next visit, tech replaced more random parts. Air worked for 3 hours then blew. Next visit, replaced more random parts. No air. Next visit, discovered that the problem was in the outside unit, ran a wire through the house out to the unit. After that, even though I made appointments, they did not show up. Once the weather turned cold, when I turned on my heat, it turns out that one of the random parts they installed burned out the heating system because it was the wrong voltage. I had to pay for an emergency service call to another company. CoolMasters had said they would reimburse me for the wrong parts but I could not get in touch with them again.

Description of Work: They thought the problem was something it wasn't. Didn't fix anything, . . just told me to change my thermostat settings. That proved to be incorrect, the problem was still there the next day when I changed the settings.

Description of Work: A new capacitor and one pound of Freon. Said they would be here between 5 and 8 pm, arrived at 6pm took about an hour and a half. I thought it was expensive for what they did but when its hotter in your house then outside you are glad to get it done. He said I got a 15% discount for mentioning and using Angie's list, Not sure? As I mentioned, seemed expensive but again when you are sweating IN your house you are just glad to get it done. Ask for Chris, seems to be a good guy.
