They did a very good job. They were professional and courteous. They were good about explaining why I needed an entire new unit. They also had very competitive pricing compared to other companies I contacted. So far, my air conditioner works great.

They did really good and they were really quick to get me a new one. They could have charged me twice the amount they did and I would have paid it because it was the heat season. They did not though. The charge was really not that bad for all that they did. I am very happy with them and I would call them again without question.

I was really happy with everything. Actually, they beat the price of a company that we have been using for the last ten years. I guess I wasn't sure if I should go with them, out of loyalty to the other guys, but it proved to be worth it. They are also going to charge us less for yearly routine services.

They did a pretty good job installing my new air conditioning unit. I m pretty happy with the unit so far. I have not had any problems with it and they were very friendly and polite when they came in. They did a good job.

This company has always provided outstanding service for the past 10 years that I have been using them. They have always shown up on time and always in uniform. They have always been well mannered and they do excellent work. I will say that they are not cheap but their work is worth it.

This company came out very quickly, which I am very thankful for. They showed up prepared for the job and they fixed the problem fairly quickly. I thought that the servicemen were very well mannered and I was very happy with the entire experience.

The experience was generally positive (when you're spending nearly six grand on something, it's hard to be completely happy). It was a tough job, and they had to complete it during the hottest part of the summer. The installation seems to have been done correctly, and I'm pleased. I do have to add that I was a bit frustrated that the job took several days longer than scheduled because they kept leaving to go work on ''other jobs'' (and they had one day where they didn't show up at all). It wasn't until I leaned on them a bit and reminded them of the sensitive time crunch situation (I had other contractor scheduled behind them for other services) that they completed the job. Be sure your are very clear to them when scheduling the job, and you should be fine.

Rep offered to replace compressor for S1,900. I declined as I could get an entirely new 2.5 ton unit for same price. (Which I did with Spencer AC of Norcross the next week, $1,750). I also found that I could get a new compressor at Mingledorfs for $300 and solder it in myself, but declined to do that for fear of complications with refrigerant.

I was happy they came the next day, as it was Friday during the hottest week this summer (so far). The technician immediately diagnosed the problem, and had the part and got the unit going in less than 1 hour. I'm happy to recommend Ace Heating to our friends and neighbors.

VERY HELPFUL; ANSWERED QUESTIONS AND WERE COURTEOUS. THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY RESPONDED TO THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY. HE WAS REALLY GOOD ABOUT EXPLAINING THE PROBLEM AND WHAT THE OWNERS OF THE HOME NEEDED TO DO.
