Description of Work: Semi-annual maintenance. Have used this company fairly consistently over 20 years and they NEVER disappoint! I've bought 2 HVAC systems from them for different houses I've owned and tried several others for maintenance. I always come back to Reliable; they just have the most knowledgeable technicians and accessible, friendly service.

Description of Work: Provided heating and A/C services. The service reps were really friendly.

Description of Work: Some day I might decide to give them another chance. I have been a regular customer of theirs for years, and I've had a contract for semiannual pre-season HVAC maintenance -- which was supposed to give me priority in scheduling repair work. The last time I needed service, they were unable to schedule a visit for a week. I've changed my contract to the company that was able to be responsive when I needed service.

Description of Work: Reliable replaced a circuit board fried by a lightning strike. Technician was great, had it fixed in no time.

Description of Work: Replaced a furnace. They had to return and do the job right after the install was totally botched. Everything was corrected and they followed up promptly, but their initial job could have been done by a child. The install had to be completely redone another 4 hour job after the first 4 hour job. I would not use them again, because something this expensive and critical needs to be done by someone trained to do the job. They also installed a furnace upstairs earlier in the year. After paying over $7000 to a company you expect the job not to have to be redone.

Description of Work: I called Reliable heating and air on 6/15/14 and told them I have a leak but don"t know where it is, they said they don"t locate but they use a company name "All Leak Detection & Locate" I called that day a man name Brian Hall said he would be out tomorrow around 3:00p.m. He came and looked around for about an hour and charged me $310.00 for nothing. I explained to him before he came my husband passed away 7 months I don"t money spend he knew I just started working at walmart and he could find the leak my boss would fix it. The next day my boss and I left messages to email me where the leak was never heard from him again. He did tell me one thing the day he came that he was getting married in August. After a week or to I called R.S.Andrews they came out on 7/5/14 they would have to replace the pipe from meter to the house and I live on a long hill there not leak detector they just fix them. They were very shock I was charged 310.00 for nothing. So I talked to the water company every month to ask what to do. They told me to call Reliable and tell them what happened, they said there was nothing they could do! Brian never returned my after 5 or 6 message, water company said call Reliable back and ask for the owner number if they don"t call BBB the owner call and came the next day or to, Now its September 5 and I had it repaired that was 750.00, Brian Hall 310.00 , R.S. Andrew 39.00 water about 280.00 for about a total of $1379.00 from June to September having to go to the street every day to cut water on and off. The worst part of all this Brian left my house that day and went straight to the bank and made the check out to himself!
