Communication was great. Informed of the distance the technician was from my home. He arrived on time and was also very courteous. Excellent experience.

Did not arrive during the 2-hour window they set up. Did not call. Just a no show. I had to call them. They rescheduled the next morning and were on time. Tried to fix my shower drain. I was told that a part was broken and "Home Depot and Lowe's" did not have it. I was told that if I, the customer, could find the part and buy it, they'd allow me to pay them to return to install it. I found the part at my second store that I found online (they recommended the first which was useless) and installed the part myself after watching a YouTube video. Save yourself some time and money.

Integrated Plumbing found my leaks, explained my options and made repairs at a reasonable price. +

Arrived on time and completed the work in no time at all. The estimate was based on the tech's assessment of the job as being more work than it ended up being. I was disappointed that the final bill didn't reflect a reduction in price based on this. This was my only issue. Aside from that, good work. I would use this company again.

He let me decide what I wanted and gave me the info I needed to make an informed decision. He came back the next day & did a wonderful job! Very professional, personable, and informative. Excellent experience with IPS. Needed a sink installed & plumbed in a commercial location. They came out promptly and provided a very competitive estimate with complete details. Work was scheduled and they showed up exactly when they said they would. Work took a bit longer than they expected but they stuck to their original estimate and everything was done perfect. I would not hesitate in hiring IPS again.

They were hours late, but gave me a discount. I still thought the price was too high.

Everything is installed and working properly. There is also a gap in the floor tile and on the wall that wasn't there before and wasn't addressed at all. I think there may be more tile required and the molding replaced.

IPS (Nick) did a great job not only quickly identifying the source of my leak, but also repairing and patching my ceiling drywall. I'll definitely keep the in mind for future repairs!
