Even though I knew what the problem was, I could not get a estimate over the phone. I found out what the cost was when the tech arrived and looked at the problem. I thought the price was HIGH, but had to get it done at that time.

I only rate the value for the money a 4 because ALL plumbers are expensive. :-) But I was very impressed. I like the owner, Scot, very nice and very professional. Honest, told me straight up what I needed. And his installer, Nick, great as well. Very well spoken, nice, knows his trade.

Great job, Mat was nice, he explained everything and was not pushy, did what he said he would do, gave one price and stuck to it, and was up front.

I hired Integrated Plumbing Solutions for a gas line install, running an extra line from my meter to the back of my home, up under a deck for a grill. First off, they came out and undercut EVERYONE'S prices in a big way. I must have had 4 other quotes, and in one case, their quote was 1/3 of what the most expensive contractor was quoting me. They came out, had the install done in the time frame given, and it was a very clean job which was exactly what I wanted. I do plan to have them out again for additional work in the future. Very happy with the courtesy and professionalism here!

Very professional and thorough. I had 3 toilets replaced due to drainage problems and broken fixtures. The plumber they sent, Robby Walker was very patient and answered all my questions and concerns. He showed me that all my lines were clear with the camera (very cool) and proceeded to solve my problems. He explained everything he was doing and cleaned up all the mess and removed the faulty toilets. I highly recommend this company!

Had a gas leak off of the water heater, which the gas company identified. Integrated Plumbing was able to come out the same day, which was appreciated. Job was an easy and quick fix...cut out the old coupler and replace with a union joint. Cost was a bit on the high side, in my opinion. Perhaps they all charge a "minimum". Next time I'll push to get an estimate over the phone instead of waiting for them to arrive to make an estimate.

They did an excellent job from beginning to end. They were professional and really knew what they were doing. They were also very clean and made sure to protect my home from any possible damage. I wouldn't hire anyone else for any project they can do. The customer service was the best I've seen in years! Great group of people to have working in your home!
