They came when promised, and after he said they probably needed to replace the motor, I asked if possibly something could be loose, so he checked, and tightened a fitting on the motor and that took care of the problem.

They arrived on time, did a great job removing the old tub and installing the new tub. Did a great job on the drywall repair. It did take longer than expected but the tub looks great.

The Plumber was quick to show up after my call and after he examined my drains, he advised me that the drain cleared itself, and that I was in good shape moving forward. I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism.

Problem not totally fixed, but appears to be problem with fixture, not plumber. Have ordered parts and will have them come back to finish repairs.

Before the appointment was set, I was told the max price to fix my toilet would be $225 and that would be the worst case scenario. I was charged $250 for the less than 30 minutes it took to identify the source of the water leak and replace a flush valve. If you subtract a $50 trip charge and $25 part charge, this means that their hourly rate is AT LEAST $350/hr. That's too high. Also, my appointment was rescheduled 3 times because I kept getting bumped by calls that came in after my initial appointment was set.

Ed Irons was punctual, professional and very thorough. He diagnosis the situation; reiterate our options and completed the job to our liking. The work place was CLEANED before he departed. Class Act!!!!

Independence called me almost as soon as I finished my call with Home Advisor. Someone came out the next morning. I was switching my stove from gas to electric induction, and I needed the gas pipe closed off. The price was very reasonable, and the work was completed within two hours, even though it required taking apart the basement ceiling to find the pipe. The representative was both personable and professional. I would highly recommend Integrated.

Matt was very easy to work with and tried to save me money by doing a different method first before having to do a more extensive job to complete.
