They were great! Very customer oriented.

Office responded quickly by sending help on same day. Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Was told by previous plumber that garbage disposal had to be put on left side of double sink which meant that the drain line would have to be moved down at a much higher cost. It was put on right side that had 2" shorter basin for less than half the cost. Needless to say result was much happier homeowners. Thanks IPS.

The office staff (Jenny) was great. When I explained what was going on in my bathroom and the concerns I had, she was very quick in getting a technician to my home the next day. My technician (Gene) came out earlier than expected and took care of the problem fast and efficiently. When another issue happened and I called Jenny, she was fast to get that technician out again, who happened to be Gene. And again, right on time! He and Jenny worked with me to get my problem fixed. So professional and kind. They are really concerned and caring about what I was going through. This is a business that cares about their customers. I would highly recommend Integrated Plumbing Solutions.

I hired them to repair my water main which runs through my front lawn. Their guy while digging cut through my cable line so I was left without cable and internet for 2 days..which was a huge problem since I work from home. Luckily I already had a service call with comcast the next day for an unrelated problem which I was able to convert to address this. typically it is difficult to get a comcast appt within 3-4 days. They refused to compensate for this which they should have. My advice to them is in future to ask their customers to get lines marked by cable, gas and power companies to avoid cutting lines.

funny that he conveniently had a garbage disposal after he dropped it, said mine was broken, and of course had a new one one his truck...which he promptly installed..hauling my old one out in a box to his truck....but oddly did not connect the water line for my dishwasher until I noticed it wasn't working and then he had to go to the store to purchase a water line....

Came out same day I called to give me quote. A month later when I was ready to have the work done, they came out the next day after I called.

Quick response, good communication, work completed at a fair price. Overall we were impressed.

I'n not sure who we used because I had to leave for work and they never left us a receipt for the work they did! My son gave them a check after he made sure the faucet repair was complete. They didn't even put their name on the check. I take some of the blame but the repair man said they would get us an invoice. Two weeks later not invoice.

I had hardly finished the questions on the web page when I got a call from IPS. We scheduled an appointment for the next day for an estimate. The estimate was reasonable and the work was done - less than 24 hours from call to finish. Excellent service and work.

This contractor did a poor job in determining the cause of a leak from the bathroom to the ceiling in the living room. Almost cost me $8,000 in unnecessary repairs. Actually they did recommend a $8,000 repair that was not necessary. And when they recommended the contractor to do the repair, the communication was very poor and unprofessional. After making cuts all over the ceiling in the living room and in the bathroom, the contractor failed to see an obvious leak from the Jacuzzi pump but instead recommended a tear down of the tiled shower. Did not get any value for money paid

They were great. I received a confirmation phone call the day before. The plumber called me before arriving (early) and was very professional. All done in one day. The best part was that he did not push a particular fixture on me. Gave me options and explained the differences between fixtures. Would use them again.

VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY! I have worked with MANY people over the years for projects on my home. Most of which turned out to be a "nightmare" in one way or another. This project went as smoothly as could ever be expected due to the level of service received from EVERY person I encountered from IPS during this process. Very helpful, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, prompt and experienced. They were on the higher end when it came to certain things I needed done but in the end it was worth every dime. The old saying "you get what you pay for" really rang true in this instance and I am VERY PLEASED in the end. If you need a "Plummer" ask for Robby and if you have a larger project and need a "Contractor" to coordinate a "Job" ask for Bruce. They are WONDERFUL!! THANK YOU IPS! I will be using them from NOW ON!
