A very trustworthy and honest company. A water heater in a our rental home (which is across the country from us) broke. They were able to get to our home in a timely fashion and give me the step by step process and pricing involved with replacing the water heater.

Of course, my plumbing problem was on a Sunday. I requested contact from three plumbing companies and Integrated was the only company that contacted me. I received a call within 5 minutes of entering my information on HomeAdvisor and the plumber Robbie called me right away. He sent Nick to my house as he was finishing up on another job. Nick arrived and Robbie called me to let me know he had finished and would be at my house within the hour. Both Robbie and Nick took their time, located the problem and had water flowing in my house without flooding. I am going to need to have the sewer pipe replaced and Robbie will be back over in a couple of days to take care of. I could not have asked for better service, especially on a weekend. Would highly recommend Integrated Plumbing!

It was smooth and easy

The office staff called quickly to make appointment. They called the day of to reschedule but was in and out once they made it. Gave me choices to save money on the project as well.

I ended up with a slab leak (not a water heater issue) and Integrated was able to detect this issue in less than 30 minutes. This could have been a devastating expense and many companies might have taken advantage of the fact that I was a single woman but Integrated worked with me and found the best solution without charging me an arm and a leg. I would (and have) highly recommended them to everyone I know. On both occasions they came to my house they were very professional and extremely courteous. Just can't say enough great things about them!

Friendly, prompt, and efficient.

I am very pleased with the man that came to do my plumbing repairs. He was prompt, professional, and knew how to fix my plumbing problems. He even alerted us to a problem we had with our lack of a pressure valve. He fixed that while at our home. I would recommend this company to anyone!!! Thanks, Barbara Gaston
