First call was through Home Advisor, and I made a second appointment directly through the company. Had a follow up which was promptly done.

He was on time explained all options and gave me a cost which was very reasonable. Upon completion of repairing the gas line he hooked up my new stove and it works great with no problem. Thanks Intergrated Plumbing Solutions.

The technician, Mike, came out within an hour of my call, gave me an estimate for free and showed up right on time to start the project the next morning. The company communicated via email and text throughout the project. High recommend.

Problem was low gas pressure to my new gas log fireplace. Had been checked by Atlanta Gas Light and the fireplace company with no results. The plumber spent an hour or more, and finally found that a supply pipe had been blocked by a mud wasp nest. This must have happened before my contractor put the pipe in place without checking to see if they had gas flow. The Integrated... plumber was very thorough and finally found the problem.

They were hired to provide plumbing . They changed the pricing we agreed to and didn't meet city inspection test. They connected a hot water heater and never tested it. It resulted in hiring another plumber, electrician and delayed our business opening for a week. Don't make the mistake in their low bid. They will lie later and not complete work as agreed.

I hired them to do a pedestal sink installation along with a faucet and toilet. The person they sent said he did not know how to install a sink and they needed to reschedule. This is now a waste of my time and money.

Our plumber arrived on time and was friendly and professional. The work was done quickly and well (repaired a running toilet). The price seemed a little high, but I haven't hired a plumber in many years so I am unfamiliar with what the average pricing is.

Our plumber gave us a very reasonable quote on installing a gas line for our gas grill. It was supposed to be a 1-2 day job but there were supplies on the truck issues and scheduling issues and it turned out to be a couple of weeks before it was done. The job was completed and the plumber was very kind and easy to work with. Communication was a bit spotty at times but we would use them again because the price was competitive and the job was done right.
