Everything seemed to go smoothly. We did not have difficult terrain to replace our water main. Service guys had to leave to pick up some connection clamps, which surprised me they did not have on the truck... no bother. The job was done quickly and we have no more leaks. Good job!

He took the time and initiative to evaluate the least disruptive approach, which while more work for him, saved us the further inconvenience and expense of additional repairs.
