Tech was friendly and professional and work was great. They don't warranty work unless parts are bought from them and strangely do not do grout work.

Matt came out for a possible sewer gas leak and gave me an honest assessment of the situation. I appreciated his honesty and straightforward solution to the problem. Instead of immediately jumping to the most expensive (possible) solution, he talked me through all the possible causes of the problem I was dealing with. I really valued this. I won't hesitate to call him or Integrated Plumbing Solutions in the future.

Bought a home in December 2020. It was built in 2003 I called to get a quote for **pumping septic** and I was given two prices, one for 1000 gallon tank and one for 1500 gallon tank. I contacted the previous owner to find out how big the tank was and when he had it pumped last. He was unsure of tank size and said they never had the septic pumped. I explained all of this to the office when I called for an estimate but was told it would not matter. I was also told one price for a 1000 gallon tank and one price for a 1500 gallon tank. They charged me for a 1500 gallon tank. I found the builders papers and a 1000 gallon tank was installed. I emailed proof of the 1000 gallon tank to Jenny at Integrated... who then had Matt, the service manager, call me. When I voiced my concerns and wanted some money back because I was overcharged, he told me **you were charged for a 1500 gallon tank because it was **over full** **... Really?!?!?!?! I had no plumbing issues. I had it pumped to avoid future problems. I received an invoice and was charged for a 1500 gallon tank. No mention from the invoice, office, or techs about any additional charges. Matt must have thought we were disconnected on the phone and said **F*** him then!**. Do not use this company, very unprofessional and price gouging, as we are all accustomed to from certain contractors. Integrated will lose business due to having an unprofessional Service Manager... that, I promise.
