Excellent service!

The technician was very good. My only complaint was ,the original I guess estimate was $1500. & I felt like when they knew what I was approved for on my green sky credit,then the cost went up to $7500.! That I was not happy about!

Review by Jacqueline Collins Mableton, GA - WATER HEATER INSTALL Although the water heater is in place I didn't get what I paid for. I was suppose to get an AO Smith Water Heater but I ended up with what looks like a water heater from the recycled bin; heater had no label of any kind, no serial number nothing. When I asked about contacting the manufacturer I was told to call Integrated Plumbing instead. There is no valve to let water out and when I asked about the valve I was told that the nozzle was on the bottom of water heater! "imagine that." I would never ask for service from this company ever again and I can truly say "buyer beware." I will be checking BBB to see if there are any other formal complaints "Ripped Off"

We hired them in 2017 and had a good experience with his company. When we called, he came, explained everything but the work was not done properly, we still had the same issue, I had to hire someone else to come and fix it.

Apparently the wrong type of shutoff valve was installed in our fireplace and now have to have another company come out and correct.
