We have a new office commercial installation done by Integrated Plumbing Solutions recently. The plumbing slab work has passed inspection the first time. Jimmy Head, the installation manager was very professional and helpful. We are very impressed with their work and has recommended their company to several of my friends.

The technician seemed to be very honest. I thought I needed a new toilet and had purchased a new toilet before the technician came to provide the needed service. The technician told me that I did not need a new toilet which would have resulted in a higher cost. He recommended instead that I agree to a workaround which was less costly and which I hope will solve the problem in the long run. The technician arrived on time, was courteous and provided what I believed to be good advise on the needed service.

He replaced valve for faucet. But he installed opposite way for hot water and cold water for turning way. When handle turn , hot water drop and then cold water drop with more turning.

This company is very professional and installer was courteous. However, the prices are absolutely insane. They wanted to charge $450 to "look" for a gas leak that I was pointing to at a connection(union) on an exposed pipe. They also said it would be over $800 to "look" for the leak if it was behind a wall. The installer broke the tab on the shut-off valve. I am very grateful that the installer was kind enough to only charge me a $49 service charge, because I didn't want to pay to exorbitant cost, even though he had already started spraying soap around to "look" for the gas leak. If you use this company, make sure to ask about the charges before scheduling the appointment. I had to pay another company come out to replace the broken valve and replace the union.

There was a minor miscommunication on the scope, but came back right away and rectified the issue.

Very pleased with them. They were a very professional organization all the way from interacting with the main office to and including the technician. He installed a new shower and plumbing. Did a first class job, were always on time, cleaned up after themselves. I will without a doubt use them again
