The Plumbing work to install the gas line was good; however, the additional work done to adjust the flooring for the new gas raange and the actual gas line connection for the range was too expensive for the work done. Additionally, the kitchen was full of dust from the vacuum used to clean up afterwards.

Replaced "guts" of 2 toilets. Installed new garbage disposal, Replaced outside faucet for improved efficiency, Prompt, courteous and friendly. Will definitely use again, if I need plumbing services.

Someone came out and gave me a free estimate right away. The price was way below what others have quoted to replace the sewer pipes leading to the main city pipes. They consistently stayed in touch via automated text messages to alert me of when one of the workers(by their name AND rating) was headed to the house for the project. They had to dig up a large section of my front yard but put every effort into leaving the pavement over the pipe area intact. They did give me a heads up and detailed description of what was going to take place and that they are by all means not landscapers, they did however close everything up in a very tidy and evenly leveled manner again.

Installed a water heater for my mom did a fantastic job explaining the process and replacing the unit w/ no issues.

Integrated Plumbing did a great job on the water heater replacement. It was the most reasonable quote but most of all, I rate Mike the technician's customer service above excellent! He was very careful and deliberate in his work and was the nicest guy. I would definitely recommend this company. Mike was Neat, clean and knowledgeable.

The plumber was on time. The company also texted the technicians name and advised that they were on the way. He did a great job and I am satisfied.

Please do yourself a favor and NEVER use this company. I live in a high-rise building in Sandy Springs. These people turn a 2 hours hot water low boy replacement into a 8 hour insurance nightmare for me and my neighbors. Even after chaos they caused I tried to speak with their management about insurance repairs. Jenny Irons, refused to listen a hung up on me and told her staff to do the same! I told him this is improper and unprofessional especially with everyone using social media. Then he hung up on me. Jenny Irons when sent an email which said in parts "Firstly I apologize for hanging up on you, I should have not done that but there is truly nothing i can do." Right, Atlanta don't let these people do nothing for you.

Professional. Nate and his helper replaced flush vale kit and another commode that was leaking from top lid. They made sure everything was working properly before leaving.
