I had a simple project that involved fixing a bathtub faucet. The appointment was scheduled promptly and the tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. The job was completed quickly in one visit, and the he answered all my questions about causes, ongoing maintenance, etc. As an extra bonus, the price came in significantly lower than a previous estimate. Will use this company again and do recommend them.

Got a call soon after I posted looking for someone to replace a faulty gas connector, walk through the old house I had just bought and talk me through issues that came up during inspection. The technician was pleasant, knowledgeable, quick, and didn't hesitate to point out which issues were important and which I didn't need to bother with.

They have free estimates, very thorough and although they didn't detect a problem, Anthony was very clear in next steps to address another issue.

I was told by another contractor my water tank electrodes were ruined when this company installed my new water heater (because they were dry fired). This caused premature failure of the electrode in 5 months. This company had difficulty trying to schedule a time to fix this unnecessary problem that they caused during installation. This is not a company I will ever use again.

The repairman was on time and answered questions about other plumbing issues I was having in addition to the repair job. I didn't know plumbers charge for cutting your ceiling, I had to make the cuts needed to find leak between first and second floor. I'd probably use them again if nerded.

Very expensive. They did a good job on the plumbing needs, but when the plumber got to the house I immediately had to give him a screwdriver and wire hanger as he had locked his keys in the truck. He didn't have all of the parts necessary and had to make a trip to Lowe's during the fix.
