While the response time was perfect, the work and solution found lacked the will of making the job right, geared more towards on how to squeeze more money instead.

Integrated Plumbing sent one of their best specialists. Tony worked very diligently removing and replacing the new hot water heater. After starting the water after installation, the water flow was faster and stronger. The water pressure was corrected and the pressure noise was gone. Everything is good so far.

Very professional and courteous. I was always informed concerning my appointment, arrival time and who the technician would be. Nate arrived early and not only did he do a great job repairing a broken pipe, he noted other things that definitely needed attention. He fixed them and price was both reasonable and affordable. I will definitely use them again.

I initially found IPS when my water main broke. They were on site within 2 hours and had it fixed that afternoon. Ian was great, knowledgeable, pleasant, and completed the work for a reasonable price. Subsequently, I had them out to fix a sewer issue. Jason was also great and when discovering the issue was not as severe as the quote reflected, reduced the price accordingly. Again, top quality work done quickly and cleaned up perfectly. I will contribute to use Integrated Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.
