Mike with Integrated Plumbing Solutions is great! He's prompt, professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. He took one look at my toilet and diagnosis and fixed the issue in a matter of minutes, I will definitely contact IPS to request Mike to complete my other project in my 2nd bathroom. Thank you Mike

Had Integrated replace all plumbing and run a gas line for a new stove. Quick, professional, and reasonably priced.

The journeyman arrived at the house as stated in the initial call and completed the estimate. After the estimate was given, I had the journeyman to complete the work, which took about 30 minutes. I was pleased with the results and look forward to the company installing some bathroom faucets for the sinks and bathtub.

Corey who inspected the job to provide an estimate and Mike who executed the work were super courteous and professional. They were on time and darlings to work with which took a great deal of stress off of me worrying whether or not they were doing the right thing. They got straight to work and finished in a reasonable amount of time. They showed me their work and explained what they completed that day before leaving. The price ($487) to cut into my bathroom wall to fix a broken pipe caused by another Pro service company was pretty fair. This was considerably better than an estimate I received from another well known plumbing company for $1500 to do the same work. Integrated plumbing is a company you can trust not to rip you off.

Corey came out and spent time providing a clear explanation of my options and various ways I could go about installing the water heater to mitigate concerns i had with it being inside the house. He then came the following day and installed the heater. Service was quick, he answered all of my questions no matter how stupid they were and provided instructions for me to maintain the unit myself. Great service, highly recommend.

It was Thanksgiving eve, i couldn't get any other plumbers to come out late at night, and they did, and they fixed the problem.

The work was to replace a PRV. While the work was completed there was a slow drip as a result of unscrewing the cap and not screwing it back on properly. Teflon tape was used. The drip continued but was told to give it 24 hours to see if it stopped. It didn’t. Called customer service and the got it replaced quickly. I then had another issue unrelated to the PRV and service was great

Water heater installation went well. The company had a tight space to fit the water heater and went out of the way to get a heater that would fit the space.

Company gave a two hour window when they would be there. Both times when they came out they were there within the two hour window. Kept you advised when they would be there. Special shout out to Mike Fannin who worked on my problem. Let me know the manufacturer of my faucet provided lifetime warranty on their products. Called the manufacturer received the replacement part free within two days and had Integrated Plumbing install part.
