I actually scheduled a different plumber but he wasn't able to come out until the next morning. Integrated reached out and worked me in same day. I think it worked out the way it was supposed to...Mike Pharr was awesome! Punctual, courteous, professional. And the cost was a little less than what the first guy quoted me over the phone. I'm very pleased and would definitely recommend.

WAS AS EXPECTED .. WAS GOOD

After 3 visits and paying for our tub drain to be resealed, this plumber was still not able to find the leak. We called and asked for a second pair of eyes to come out and look but customer service recommended the same plumber come out to do a re-evaluation. No thank you. Why would we have the same plumber who basically told us there is no more leak to come out for a 4th time and expect a different result. We hired someone else who came and found the leak within 15 min of being in our home.

Ian was patient and knowledgeable about his practice. He installed my new sink, faucet and reconnected the garbage disposal. I'm Still waiting to see if this white puddy around the sink drains is going to go away. It is supposed to dry clear.

I feel like they were kind of expensive, and the first visit was not completely successful, but I appreciated that they came back to re fix the problem at 10pm when we realized there was still a problem. They were also very responsive and sent someone out very quickly each time.
