I hired Integrated Plumbing Solutions to repair a broken sewer in my back yard. The work was supposed to start at 8 am but the crew only fully mobilized at 10 am. The team was very thorough in terms of using CCTV to identify the location of the sewer break. The crew used a backhoe to excavate down to the broken sewer. It did not take long for the broken section to be replaced. During the excavation pieces of concrete were found that must have been dumped by the builder of my home around 1980. I was very surprised that the crew placed the concrete waste back in the trench when backfilling. The crew did an awful job of backfilling the trench and leaving a large block of concrete to deal with. I had to spend about 4 hours to restore my landscaped yard. I will have to get a contractor to remove the concrete block. I ended up paying more for the work than another Contractor offered. I will never use the company again.

Navien Tankless Hot water heater was not putting out adequate hot water. Matthew Jones was able to troubleshoot the system, finding a valve with a bad o-ring. The valve was replaced and we have plenty of hot water now. Matt was very courteous, friendly and most of all a confident worker.

Integrated Plumbing Solutions LLC was absolutely fantastic! Dylan was my technician, and he was superb! He quickly diagnosed the problem with my clogged drain and quickly repaired it. He did a great job keeping me informed during the process. The price was very reasonable considering the effort. My experience with Dylan was one of the few times I did not feel taken advantage of or like the technician was simply selling me a bag of goods to take advantage of the situation. The next time I need plumbing services, I will definitely call Integrated Plumbing Solutions first, and I will specifically request Dylan as my technician.
