The actual service was done very well. My problem was resolved and the workmanship was excellent. It took a few days to have the work scheduled, but once the technician came, everything was completed satisfactorily.

They came out and gave me a quote pretty quickly. I was able to schedule the gas line installation for my new gas stove within a reasonable amount of time. The plumber was very nice and knowledgeable. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because when he installed the new line, the gasket was either faulty or it was over-tightened and broke which led to my house smelling like gas for 2 days till we realized the problem. When I called, they came out immediately and fixed the problem.

My water heater works better and the flush extended the life of the water heater. When I replace it I'll use this company.

Charges a $45 fee to look at the job and give an estimate. Fee is applied deducted from bill if you choose them. Did a good job.

The customer service was great. I was able to get same day emergency service, however, the down side was the price and they did not accept credit or debit cards after hours. The Service Representative responded to my location in a reasonable time and was very professional and I m satisfied with the job he did.
