I called on a Sunday morning, wanting same day service for a broken pipe. They were honest and clear about the surcharge for Sunday service. Anthony txt'd when he was on his way and arrived within the timeframe stated. He was very professional and fixed the broken pipe quickly and without complications. I will call them again and recommend them to my friends.

Came to fix a leak in outside faucet. Changed a pressure valve for $500.00. Said he did not know the cause of the leak. Might have to remove cabinet in kitchen to find cause. Another plumber came and found a ruptured hose without removing the cabinet. Replaced it, all for $180.00. Everything is working fine now, thanks to the second plumber.

Anthony Sr. came out to check the source of a leak. He was right on time, efficient, courteous, and located the source right away - it was the air conditioning pump, not the plumbing! He was so quick that I was able to call and arrange for an AC tech the same day. I can t tell you what a relief it is to know that the folks you are dealing with are professional and honest. I wanted help with my gas lamp in my driveway. Nick Wells came out and answered every question I had. He worked with me and it ended up being a gas issue so the gas company had to come out to repair. He provided me the info and number and talked to dispatch for me. Great customer service.

I had them come out and swap out a 1/2 gas line to a 3/4 line for a new tankless water heater. Corey F was very kind and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions related and non related to the install and had me up and running with hot water in no time.

Integrated Plumbing has the best service people. They explain what the problem is and what needs to be done to repair the problem. They are very honest and have very high integrity. They are well equipped to get the job done on the spot and done well.

Three visits were required (last one by owner) to resolve problem. First and second technicians arrived without equipment to properly diagnose the problem. A new unit was ultimately installed only to find out it demonstrated the exact same problem the first unit demonstrated, which they concluded the problem was NOT the unit itself, rather the Atlanta Gaslight meter had malfunctioned, supplying an inadequate supply of gas, causing the unit to shut down. So, presumably, the original unit was not at fault but this determination was made only AFTER the new unit was purchased and installed. The company did issue a credit from the first visit, applied to the purchase price of the second unit and provided a 5 year warranty on the new unit instead of the usual one year warranty. They also included a one time annual service call at no charge.
