Nick came by to do a repair and replacement of small leaks on a small piece of three-quarter inch copper. All the plumbing in the house is over 25 years old and is showing its age. This is the third time in six months I've had this company into do repairs on the plumbing and every single time they been excellent I would highly recommend using their services again and I'm sure in the recent future I will be using it.

The technician could not clear my kitchen drains, broke my garbage disposal and refused to take responsibility for it. In addition, they charge my credit card a service fee of $62.50. Horrible experience.

The customer service was great. Fast, simple, straight forward. The leaky shower head stopped leaking for about a week & back to the slow drip that I specifically wanted repaired. Doesn?t make sense to me to have them come back & either do the same temp fix or have the opportunity to say well you need a new [insert]. Why wouldn?t that the case originally... or the repair was just bad quality. Lose lose. Good luck

The tech, Brandon, came in, did a full quality inspection, and provided a plan of action with a reasonably affordable quote for the quality work done, and in a timely manner.
