DOUBLE G HEATING & AIR

Multiple cancellations and then tech showed up at the wrong time and I was told it was my fault. After a no call no show I called and was told that the time had not been confirmed by them so it was not an actual appointment. I fired them at that point. Many other HVAC companies that are available without having to deal with rudeness and unprofessional behavior.

Requested service for AC repair . Was told I had to wait a week . Was given a time slot of 4 hours and a date . An hour after my scheduled time was up I called and was told someone would get back with me in 10 minutes . 2 hours past and finally received a call stating that because I had not replied to a previous call from the day before that my appt. was cancelled even though a technician had supposedly been in my area .No previous call or message was ever left. I was made to feel like it was my fault even though there is no prof of this call or message . Obviously this company has enough business and doesn't need mine . I would definitely not recommend this company after the rude response and lack of professionalism from Heather at the office .

This is the second time we used Double G. Our furnace/AC went out. They came when they said. Two men came in and looked at our furnace tried many things to see if they could get it started. At that point they spent some time looking at the furnace which was VERY VERY dirty. We were told that the board needed to be replaced and we were going to hear from the office regarding a price. We were not charged for that visit. We received a call from the owner (Freddie Glass) and were given 2 options: 1) replace the part (1200.00)and hope that the AC doesn't go out because they don't make that freon anymore or 2) replace the whole system (4000.00).We opted to have our furnace fixed. Freddie arrived on time and was courteous and answered all my questions with professionalism. After working for a while, he realized that we DID NOT need a new board and completed cleaned out our system. He spent a good time doing this. Did I mention that we have never cleaned out the innards of out furnace? His honestly saved us $800.00! The furnace is working better than it ever has! Double G will be our source for our office and home Furnace and AC needs!
