Description of Work: I had a problem with the outside unit, would not turn on. The disconnect was bad. The problem was fixed the same day. Would use McKinney again.

Description of Work: We did not choose to go with McKinney; however, worth rating him for great knowledge of HVAC, responsiveness, willingness to spend time explaining. Carrier is obviously a great product, but opted to go with less expensive TOL Trane, rather than mid-range Carrier.

Description of Work: they came out and heat pump need a new capacitor. they had to go get it since there are lots of different ones. they were noly gone a short time and were back. it was installed and unit worked fine. after a bit I thought something was still wrong with unit. I calle dthem and they sent a tech out to look at it. he was there in a short time. he explained what was happening to the unit and said to give it a minute and it would be on and it came on and has worked fine. I HIGHLY RECOMMENT THESE PEOPLE FOR HEAT/AIR REPAIRS
