It was a little difficult to get the timing right for them to come out to my house but when Tyler finally got to my home he did a great job effficiently and quickly !

Tech was able to explain in precise details what was required to repair sprinkler system. Tech had equipment on truck and did not have to leave to pick up supplies.

Showed up on time. Knew how to get the timer to work. Set it up for me. Checked the heads and replaced the ones that were broken. I would recommend this service to a friend.

Called them to show me how my system worked, it turned out the system needed re-wiring. They did the troubleshooting and nailed out where the issue was. Above and beyond what I called them to do. After I get the wires re-routed I will be calling them back to help as originally planned. I love a company who goes the extra mile.

I am unsure about the quality of replacement heads used on my system. I was informed of the substitutions until after the job was finished. They said that 10 heads were replaced but I cannot identify them. Would recommend close supervision of work being done.

They were prompt and did a great job

Made an appt for Thursday on Monday did not call till 6:30 Thursday saying they were not coming. I called then Friday morning and they said they would be here between 3-4 did not call till 5 got here about 6:30. Sold us a controller which we probably did not need. Checked our front yard and replaced one head and charged us $320. Said they would be back to check the back and would call to schedule time and have not called 6 days later. Very poor customer service. Having to hand water new landscaping would never recommend. Ripped off.
