Extremely competent and thorough technician. I had him look at a sprinkler zone that was not working and a couple sprinkler heads not turning correctly. He did a thorough check and found several other issues such as cracked sprinkler heads or worn gaskets. Gave me a clear picture of what needed to get done. Only issues were that cost was somewhat higher than I was hoping for repairs and the technician called 15 minutes after the stated time window was over (supposed to arrive between 10 and 1 and he called at 1:15)

It's a newer company but are reliable and project great customer service.

They did a thorough inspection of the sprinkler system and when they couldn't find anything wrong they just charged me the time and mileage rather than full service charge. Very reasonable. I was very happy with this company and would definitely hire them again.

Project never got off the ground. Didn't return calls. Didn't respond to any scheduling opportunity. Then they hung up on us during one call. In short, very unprofessional.

Jacob dropped what he was doing to come to our aid. a sprinkler control valve was stuck in the open position and was flooding our lawn. I could not get the main valve shut. He came down turned off the water and replaced the valve.

Nicely mannered young man explained procedure for finding leak and cost estimate. Found leak quickly, knew right where to dig up sod to check, dug smallest area possible, which was nice. Repaired leaking pipe and replaced grass. Very polite and professional.

Just bought a home that came with an irrigation system that looked like it hadn't been turned on in years. They came out and got my irrigation system up and running, even relocating sprinkler heads that were on the wrong side of the fence! Also, had to replace my old control box which was fried and they didnt' charge me any manhours to replace it. They didn't pressure me into anything, and always advised me before they did any digging or anything major. Good outfit and I will definitely be using them down the road!

The initial appointment was missed but I was notified that the technician was sick. The second appointment was confirmed and the technician arrived on time. They arrived to do the work but did not have the sprinkler heads needed and wanted to re-schedule again. I agreed to let them use a different type of head (only one on the truck) and provided them with a spare that I had. The technicians were very nice and did a good job with the work.

I called them for an estimate on a broken sprinkler system. I wasn't sure what the problem was, but described what I saw. It ended up being a broken pipe. They were able to identify and repair the problem in an hour as they thought would be the case. They did a good job. I spoke to three different sprinkler repair companies and confirmed what the going rate was. They were the most responsive and reasonably priced, so I hired them. I will likely hire them again if I have another irrigation issue.

Did a great job repairing my sprinkler system.

Unfortunately when they tell you the estimate is free, they forget to mention that their service call fee is $125. Which about 40-50 dollars higher than many of the other contractors. Additionally they failed to fix a major leak the first time around, so I needed them to come back out and fix it. However they were responsive to my call to come back out and repair the leak. All in all they did the job they were asked to do.
