punctual; removed old roofing at the sight took pictures to show me what the damaged area looked like and then showed me the correct material s they used to repair area and showed me pics of the final results.

Replaced all fascia that was not under the gutters. No problems but crew did miss wiping a couple of spot. Very professional and AWT will stand behind all their work. I would use AWT again if any more problems were to arise.

Received a quote within 24 hours of requesting price of installing new gutters on my house. Was able to install the next week with no issues.

Required two visits, one area was not fixed due to miss communication but was corrected.

We now have properly hung gutters that let the rainwater flow into the downspouts instead of lapping over the top of the gutters. We no longer have gutters with holes punched in them that the previous owners put in them to allow the water escape. We also don't have to worry about our carpet getting wet inside the house when we clean the porch. AWT did a great job in a timely manner. We are very pleased with their work. We have used them in the past and we will use them in the future. We have bragged about them to our neighbors. Thank You, Wayne and crew.

Very prompt on the estimate. Even though we didn't decide to use them for about 30 days the estimate did not go up.. The work is still in progress as of 3/17/14. They moved all the furniture in the living room including nick nacs curtains etc. SO far very good work.

We have had a patio room and gutters installed by AWT and we are completely satisfied. A plus all around for AWT!

AWT did everything as promised and in a timely manner. They also installed my gutters a few years ago.

There was some delay in putting in a window screen, but they did eventually get it done and done well.

Installed two new walls for use as an office and closed in a space to be used as a testing room for hearing exams. Installed new lighting, refinished ceiling and painted all walls as well as installed crown molding and baseboard trim. Also installed two sink units and installed carpeting in office and vinyl flooring in bathroom. Quality of work was outstanding. Work was done on time and in a professional manner at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend. I plan to use again on next office remodel.

They completed the jobs in 2-3 days. They did good work at a very reasonable price. They were timely and I had no issues with them.

AWT was called for an estimate to remove mold in an upstairs bathroom and dressing area. He examined the mold damage and the next day e-mailed a very professional estimate detailing everything that would be included in the repair. We agreed to use his services and his crew began the repair a couple of days later. They were very courteous and thorough. The repair included tearing out the old ceiling vent , removing ceiling and wall insulation, cutting out a portion of the wallboard and removing the bathroom door and frame. They also removed the existing popcorn ceiling. They were very thorough in investigating inner ceiling and walls to make sure there was no other evidence of mold growth. Then they sprayed a mold deterrent before replacing insulation. They replaced the ceiling vent with new one, installed new insulation, reconstructed new smooth instead of popcorn ceiling and partial wall board and replaced the bathroom door with a new one. They painted both the bathroom and dressing area ceiling and walls. The construction work was great and I was very satisfied; however, I wasn't very pleased with the painting. Painting work was mediocre. Wayne Thompson, the owner, and his crew were very professional, prompt, and courteous. I would definitely recommend him for construction services.

I was very pleased with the overall experience with AWT. The professionalism of each person who performed a task was second to none! I was treated with respect and kept informed of their progress. The finished work was excellent and I would certainly use them again without hesitation!

They did a good job. It took 3 weeks for them to do it due to backlog work. But did the work quickly and good quality once the date arrived. I thought they were a little high.

During the last storm this summer we noticed a leak in the dining area of our house. We had the roof inspected. It was decided to replace the roof. Wayne Thompson came out and gave us an estimate that was lower than the others and considerably lower than others. The crew came out to shingle the house at the time promised. They finished their work in a timely manner. They did a good job of cleaning up the debris. Two days later Wayne came out and repaired the stain in the dining area at no extra cost. I found that Mr. Thompson would go out of his way to do a good job and please his customer. For example on the day he came to give his estimate our little dog got lost. He took the time to look for the dog and found her and brought her back. I highly recommend AWT Construction.

They were really good. They did the gutters last week and the windows were due to be done next week. Their prices were great. They were very responsive. They came out and met with me and they didn't do a hardsell. I have 2 more projects for them after these.

In November of 2007 we had AWTinstall gutters and screen our back porch. We were very pleased with their work on our initial point of business. Everyone was very professional and eager to please. After they had completed the work, we decided we wanted to add a doggie door to the screened porch area. They quickly came back to install the doggie door with very minimal charge (I believe it was just the cost of the doggie door). Needless to say we were very please with their work. Recently with all of the rain, we noticed that a corner of our house where the gutter is at a right angle begin to leak (outside). Since we did not really know anything about gutters, we weren't sure what was wrong. My husband called AWT and they came out the next day and made the repair. They arrived at the time they said they would be at our house and made the repair in no time and at no charge to us. Our house was not under warranty and AWT could have charged a house call visit as well as parts for the repair. AWT is a company that stands behind their work. It was a pleasure dealing with AWT Construction and working with Wayne Thompson on the replacement of my shingles and windows. He arrived on time for our set appointment and we discussed the materials and cost of handling my home improvements. I was given a written estimate with everything we discussed covering the materials, cost and warranty information. I had had several other companies come out prior and got a hand written piece of paper with the cost and no other information. When the AWT crew arrived they were nice and explained what they were going to do and completed the work in a timely manner. When the work was completed they cleaned up and I did not even have to pick up a nail or a piece of paper. They were outstanding!

GREAT service from AWT! The installation crew arrived exactly on time and was professional and courteous. The job was finished on time and the installation is so well done that the gutters are nearly invisible. My wife came home later that day and asked why the gutters weren't installed. I told her to look again and she had to do a double-take to even see them! I am a VERY satisfied customer and will be calling AWT again when it's time to add a screen porch.

AWT Construction gave me a quote for gutter repair. They were installing gutters across the street and came over to look at mine. I've had a good experience so far. They're going to clean my gutters out, repair 3 leaf guards, and fix a spot where the gutter is damaging my roof.

The first sign of trouble was when I asked to be present during all the work. With my experience in roofing and framing, I wanted to watch the work. He never once, despite my repeated phone calls, called to let me know when he would be onsite to do repair. Wayne did not do the work, he hired cheap labor (read between the lines). When he said he had finished the job the first time, the deck boards on the roof were exposed over the facia boards. I mean, you could clearly see 3/4" plywood running all the way up the side of the house. I called him to meet me at the house to show him what I was talking about, but once again, he showed up to the rental property with his cheap labor crew and did some other work I didn't even ask for. He said he couldn't find the problem I was telling him about. I called Wayne back and once again, he could not establish a time or give me a courtesy call to let me know when he would be back to the house to fix it. Instead my tenants called me but Wayne cleared the site before I arrived. Upon his fourth or fifth return he finally realized the huge mistake and "fixed it". My roof never leaked before Wayne Thompson touched it. I was having preventative maintenance done. The third time I called Wayne back was to address a leak he created that was causing the ceiling in the sun room to fall in. Once I again, I sternly requested he let me know when he was coming to fix the issue. I also let him know his crew left tools on my roof and to remove them. Once again, his cheap labor came and patched their own leak. As for the gutters, he sent a mother-son team over to hang gutters. I have no confidence in Wayne or the crews he picks up at the railroad tracks. I will no longer allow Wayne to address any of the issues he created. I can't stand to look at his logo. I make sure I tell every roofing crew I come into contact with about my experience, and half of heard the same reviews. It's worth noting, Wayne had the highest price, but sold his services as far superior than any others. He talks a line of BS - and you won't get what you've asked for. His behavior and refusal to meet with me during his many returns speaks volumes of his true character.

We wanted an est. to renovate the house we were trying to buy. Wayne gave honest price for labor and materials. The house did not pass inspection and we cancelled the purchase. Although I did not contract for repair, I would recommend Wayne to anyone who needs repairs done.
