Alex was very knowledgable about the roof, the skylights and figured out how to fix the problem. Not like another company that told me I had to replace the roof at the price of 10.000 dollars. He showed me the defective boots and explained to me how the flashings worked and why I had leaks in my roof and skylights. I believe the price to fix all the problems was very reasonalble and there is a 1 year warrenty on his work. He also explained what I needed to do for maintainence for the next 10 years to make the current roof last as long as possible.

They came out the next day and got me all taken care of at a good price.

After placing my service request through Service Magic I received a call back in about 30min. They Could not perform work initially due to rain but Installed a tarp to prevent further leakage. Came out on day of appointment and reflashed and shingled valley where leak was. Job looks to be done right and was done in a timely fashion. So far after 2 weeks and multiple rainy days there have been no leaks. I would at this point use Atlanta Pressure and Steam again.

I was contacted the very next day by the contractor and was able to get an appointment within a matter of days. The workers were on time, they explained the process of what they were going to repair and also explained to me that the leak was not in the skylight but in the valley of the roof. I was also told to contact them if I have any additional problems and the warranty would be good for one year. I am happy that I contacted your organization.
