Atlanta Pressure Steam & Repairs

I was very pleased with the roof repairs conducted by Atlanta Pressure & Steam. Even though my roof is at the end of its expected life they identified and fixed the active leaks and provided me with a 1 year warenty on the repairs they did. The cost of the repairs was very resonable (another company would only put a tarp over the leak for the same price). They came out and looked around for 30 - 45 minutes identifying the leaks, then gave me the option to go with them on the spot. I was very pleased with this company and since they offer a number of services in addition to roof repair and I'll certainly be calling them again in the spring

Eddie was a pro who showed me where the leak on my roof was, then fixed within the hour. He is very personable and competent in his work ethics. I will give a top of the line rating. Thank you also, Service Magic for recommending his company.

The contractor was courteous, he did the work on the house. I do have black shingle up there instead of grey I asked him why he didn't use the same color and he said it would have been 2 weeks to order. I would have been comfortable waiting those 2 weeks. Looking at it now I am so so.

Called them to fix a roof leak, they found a deteriorated collar around another vent and took care of that also. Very professional, and quick service. Pleasant to interact with. I won't hesitate to call them again for any roofing issues.

While the leak was noted for one chimney the second one photoed the same problem. The insurance adjuster missed that completely. Thanks. RM

Did what was promised, and more. Repair 4 peeks on roof but only charged me for three. Made sure all leaks in roof where repaired.

They came out to my house to stop a leak on my roof, they did not do that the leak was worse than when they started. Then when I called them since they guarantee their work for one year. They are going to tell me I owe them more money.

Failed to provide pictures of damage as agreed upon , prior to repair. Given the fact they were already on the roof for the intial agreed upon repair. The additonal repairs were too expensive & the job was far more than expected.
