Jeff did a good job. He was professional and personable. He was a little late but he called to let me know he was on the way. My only complain was that I would have preferred he ask before dumping all our mess in our trash container. We would have preferred he dispose of it in one of our trash bags first - it was loose, messy stuff which may spill & fly out when the trash is collected.

They came on time and were able to complete the job the same day I called them.

I contacted Thunder Bolt to clean and inspect my 2 chimneys and fireplaces. Jeff was very professional. He arrived on time, did an excellent job inspecting and cleaning, and left my rooms in perfect order. I highly recommend them.

He called me immediately, came out to pick up the carpet before time promised (with a call prior of course) and he returned the carpet a full day ahead of schedule.
