Jeff did a great job on our carpet! We have already referred him to several of our friends. He removed stains that other carpet cleaners told us he couldn't remove. He did an AWESOME job.

Very Personable .. I told him exactly what I needed done and he knocked it out in no time flat. I usually have another company come and do my carpet, but they couldn't tell me until the day after i called them if they were even available. Jeff at Thunderbolt gave me an exact time and told me if he could get there quicker, he would. I was told 4pm and he showed up at 3. I'm tired of people who offer a service and the only thing they offer is Lip Service.. most times people don't even show up for the job discussed. Jeff did exactly what he said he would do, in the time I asked, and cheaper than the usual service I use.
