Jeff, with Thunderbolt, called me immediately. He came out the next day. The carpets are spotless. He took his time, did not rush, but didn't stay all day. The floors weren't left soaking wet. Jeff had a great personality, quoted the job and never added more money to the quote. I will definitely call him back and I will pass his card to all my neighbors.

Very dependable. Had a chance to charge me more but did not pursue it when it was clear I had a limited service in mind.

Work was done on a vacant house. I was not there at the time. They provided me with one before and after photo of the return system which had been cleaned. It would have been nice if I had more photos to evaluate the service. I basically have to take their word that the remainder of the system was cleaned.

I had five heavy bags of soil/some construction debris clogging up my driveway. I was given a reasonable quote and service was rendred the next day at the exact time promised. EXCELLENT!
