They cam yesterday so this is a very recent review. I was very impressed from start to finish! He was even a little early! He spent his time doing a great job! He covered all my floors and such and left my house as clean as it was when he came. He was also very knowledgeable and was more than willing to spend a few extra minutes to explain to me how to properly use a woodburning fireplace, it has been years for me so it was very valuable to me and much appreciated. He told me the best wood to use, made sure I knew how to use the flu and told me the best way to handle a fire that is not completely out when you have to leave the house. I truly did aprreciate the time he took with me. I highly recommend Jeff & Thunderbolt to anyone who is looking for someone who cares about the people he is working for, so obviously cared that I knew the safest way to keep a woodburning place safe. I truly did appreciate him, the work and the time he spent. He did not just run in & out and do a halfway job. As I said, if you are looking for someone you feel safe with, that you feel you can trust to do the best possible job and whose fees are certainly reasonable, then this is your company! good luck to you! He did a great job I was going to remove the carpet but he gave me his honest opinion on the cleaning what he can get or not.

Jeff was great! He was very good at explaining everything and even answered my questions that were unrelated to the initial issue. He did run late - but in all fairness, it was a nasty, wet day - so I'm sure the freeway was a mess. I will definitely call him for any relevant future work I might have.
