I've had them for over ten years. I have an annual contract with them. I like their responsiveness and the job they do. I think the price is reasonable. They are very professional. It's usually the same person who comes every time. He is very kindly, he checks the system very thoroughly and gives me a report with anything that needs to be done. He wears the shoe covers in the house and cleans up after himself.

They were very pleasant, wasn’t pushy, very informative, nice presentation, very thorough. They called me immediately. They were on time. I could possible use them in the future, of course it depends on price and who is going to offer me what, but that is definitely somebody I would call to give me an estimate.

They are punctual and very responsive. They are an exceptional company.

They were very professional and very helpful in selecting the right units for us. The cleaned up after was spotless. You couldn't tell they were there. There were no issues with installation or any follow up. It took about one day to complete project.

One of the toilets overflowed and went into my living room a few days later. I called hysterical (I don't handle things like this well). Mike calmed me down, had someone here within 90 minutes and arranged for someone to come over with fans to dry out the ceiling that was affected. He then sent someone to fix the damaged ceiling. I was credited for the amount I originally paid towards the replacement of the toilet. There was no way of knowing I would need a new toilet when they came out. However, they took responsibility for what happened and handled everything. As a woman there are many instances where companies try to take advantage because I don't understand a lot of things. Mike and his team not only took care of things, they explained everything so I understood it. I would recommend them to anyone. I use them for my heating and a/c service, now my plumbing. I'm grateful to know a large company like their's hasn't lost touch with customer service at a fair price!

We just changed, my husband handled that. I honestly don't know about the price, I think it's part of a service contract we have with them. I can't tell you more about it. I didn't handle it. I can tell you that the price was competitive. There was one person that came out to complete the service and it took about thirty to forty-five minutes. He did a great job, he was on time and he explained everything. He took care of everything for us and I would use him again.

We went through about five or six providers and they've been the best. Everything's an A or I wouldn't stay with them. The workers are great. They're reliable, they're affordable, they show up, they do their work, and they call me so I don't have to remember.

Not well. Had tech come out 2 times but never fixed problem.

They are like a member of the family, we've used them so long. We've used them for at least 23 years. They are honest, they respond well, the people that come know what they're doing. They clean up after themselves. They show respect.

Many requests. Not one response. I have inquired about the maintenance service 4 times over the past several months. Not once have I received a reply back. Guess they don't want new business. :-/

They've always been excellent. I've never had any problem, which is why I have been using them for 20 years. I think the price is excellent. They're very responsive, punctual, and professional. The technician came in, explained what they did, they notated it. They also went back and cleaned every thing and changed the filters.

Prompt and efficient. The workers are good.

Their quote was not the cheapest, but the Sales Rep was informative, not pushy and took his time to expire multiple options at different prices. Installation was done in one day. The crew seem to have done a great job installing the new appliances and reconfiguring the vents and pipes to fit the new units. They were courteous, on time and ensured that the old units and all trash was removed.

The technician diagnosed the problem.

Misdiagnosed the problem with my HVAC (cold air blowing when turned on heat). Told me it was the fan control board that wasn't sending voltage to open gas valve. Cost of repair would be $600+ (unless I purchased the maintenance plan for $235/year). When I asked him to check other possibilities, he said he was sure it was the control board b/c this same problem had occurred with a prior customer. Luckily, I always seek a second opinion. The second HVAC company rep (Rocky with Atlanta Air Care) came out and discovered it was simply a clogged pressure tube. As soon as he cleared it, the heat started to work again and has been working since.

The job went well. They even came back out promptly to install a soft start option to keep the units from surging.

Had no issues with setting appointment and the arrival of the assessment, very responsive. When we agreed to services selected and the job was done we were told that the thermostat we selected wouldn't run the fan option on our unit, who doesn't want the option given & chosen to go as planned?Perfect example of poor communication within their company. Seems our thermostat has 4 wires, what we wanted in a thermostat needed a 5 wire connection. Our install tech acted put out that we wanted our entire new system to to work 100%. He basically told us NO and said he could take out our new thermostat, they installed and install something we didn't want. Forced on the spot decision making isn't what we expected, nor wanted. Seems to be a communication breakdown between sales and install and we paid the price. Running another wire to make this happen seamlessly would have been ideal. The year of our house and our current system should have been evident and evaluated to sales but never brought up. So we are left with a system that doesn't work 100% together. Never thought to ask pro's if their plan was correct for our home. YOU should. Our install tech told us you can't run the 5th wire, period (no doubt it takes time and effort but it CAN be done). That is not true, a little extra time to fish a extra wire for what we agreed to would have made this whole experience perfect. Be sure what you sign up for is what you are getting. Our install tech was not personable and never tried to be accommodating. For these reasons, I do not recommend them. Had he picked up his phone to even ACT like he was trying to remedy to situation, they would have a different rating. Helpful tip, I work in construction and never said a word, BE VERY CAREFUL who you choose and what you are singing up for, you should get what you pay for. Shumate, has a commication breakdown.
