Extremely pleased. Did exactly what they said they would do on estimate, were punctual, and extremely neat, even removing their shoes on entering home. Vacuumed and cleaned up all debris when finished.

Very pleased. The pump on the downstairs unit was full of water and prevented the compressor from cycling on.

I called late Monday, and they were able to get a technician to come out Tuesday. The technician diagnosed the problem, had a replacement part on the truck, and performed the work. He was finished within an hour, and my heat was working again.

Great work. The installer did a fantstic job. Took one whole day to do the work. There were visits by supervisors to ensure everything was ok. Overall, I am extremely happy with Shumate.

Jimmy was polite and on time. He called right before he came over. Told me everything he was going to do and explained the service. Price was reasonable. Shumate called the night before to confirm the service time.

The experience was very satisfactory from the estimate through the completion of the installation. I highly recommend the company.

THEY HAVE AN EXCELLENT SALESPERSON. HE WAS ABLE TO EXPLAIN THE NEW ENVIRONMENTAL GUIDELINES, AND TOLD ME IF IT WOULD BE BETTER TO BUY A NEW ONE OR GET THE OLD ONE FIXED. I DECIDED THAT I WOULD RATHER GET THE OLD ONE FIXED. THEY ARE OF EXCELLENT QUALITY. WE HAVE USED THEM FOR SEVERAL YEARS.

Sale rep (Bob R.) was very polite and took the time to measure my house and explain the products. He was very knowledgeable and didn't try to oversell me on anything. Installation had mixed results. Units and ductwork were installed fine, but new refrigerant line was not installed correctly (only a section of it was replaced). The installer told me that he replaced the whole line, but when I checked after he left, I found that he had not. I called the sales rep and he came out to confirm the problem. He was very apologetic and had another crew come out immediately to fix the problem. Despite the installation problem that they had to return to fix, the experience was good. So far, my new system is working great and has improved the comfort in my home.

SCHEDULING OK. SERVICE ON-TIME. HOWEVER, 1.5 MONTHS AFTER ROUTINE A/C SERVICE WAS PERFORMED I CALLED FOR FOLLOW-UP ON 1 A/C. IT WAS NOT GETTING COOL ENOUGH ON UPPER LEVEL OF THE HOME. SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE OFFERED TO "TWEAK" PERFORMANCE BY DROPPING AMOUNT OF "FREON" IN SYSTEM. MY OBJECTION IS THE RIGHT LEVEL OF "FREON" SHOULD HAVE BEEN SET AT THE TIME OF THE ANNUAL SERVICE. SHUMATE EVENTUALLY DID NOT DOUBLE BILL FOR THIS CORRECTION, BUT I REMAIN SKEPTICAL OF THEIR APPROACH AND I HAVE SWITCHED TO A DIFFERENT MAINTENANCE SERVICE.

THEY WOULD ONLY COME TO MY HOME IF WE HAD A CONTRACT WITH THEM FIRST. THEY WERE VERY ROUGH ON THE PHONE.

I WASN'T VERY PLEASED WITH THEM, I FELT LIKE THEY DID SOME THINGS THAT DIDN'T NEED TO BE DONE. THEY USED THE WRONG SIZE FILTER, THEY SHOVED THE WRONG SIZE FILTER IN INSTEAD OF GETTING THE CORRECT SIZE.

TECHNICIANS ARE ALWAYS COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL & ON-TIME.

WHEN YOU CALL THEM, THEY GIVE YOU A TIME, AND THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME. THEY ARE VERY GOOD TO DEAL WITH AND I'VE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM.

THEY ARE REALLY PROFESSIONAL AND FIXED IT! NO HEADACHES OR HASSLES. OVERALL, A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

VERY PROMPT, AND WE ARE ON A PREFERRED LIST. IF WE HAVE A PROBLEM THEY COME OUT VERY QUICKLY. THE PEOPLE ARE COURTEOUS. THEY TAKE THEIR SHOES OFF WHEN THEY COME IN THE HOUSE, AND SEEM TO BE VERY THOROUGH.

THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE.

NO FOLLOW-UP FROM SALESMAN AFTER THE SALE BUT INSTALLATION AND SERVICE TEAMS ARE FIRST RATE AND VERY RESPONSIVE.
